Elegant design with Stresa Purple

Pim van den Akker has created an interesting design with the Chrysanthemum Chrysant 'Stresa Purple' from Zentoo. This purple beauty is presented on its tall stems in a long white container filled with floral foam and topped up with coarse sea salt.  The white combined with the deep purple colour of the Chrysanthemum 'Stresa Purple' creates a peaceful, fresh and elegant piece in which all attention is drawn to the flower. Some elements are added such as the folded steel grass which creates some sort of frame. It is perfectly combined with the oyster shells which have been cut into squares and attached to each other with screws. Pieces of oyster shells are placed on top of the flowers to link the top of the design with the bottom. Simply elegant!
